Getting enough sleep is perhaps one of the most important things we can do for our health and body. Sleep is a chance for the body to repair itself and to reenergize.

First, let me define what napping is.

Napping is to sleep for a short period of time typically during the day. Almost of U.S. adults nap on a typical day.

There is nothing more refreshing than taking a shower to cool yourself down and to feel more refreshed.

Well, using the restroom to relieve yourself, drinking water on a hot day, getting a massage, etc. are also equally refreshing but that is a topic for another day.
